Green Goddess Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and finely mashed
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup soft leaf herbs of your choice (parsley, cilantro, basil, dill and/or tarragon), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • ½ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
  • Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more if needed
  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. In a Thatsa® Mini Bowl or Thatsa® Extra Mini Bowl, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
  2. If needed, add 1-2 tsp olive oil to loosen and stir.
  3. Drizzle top lightly with olive oil if desired. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
