Green Goddess Dip
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and finely mashed
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup soft leaf herbs of your choice (parsley, cilantro, basil, dill and/or tarragon), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- ½ cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- Zest of 1 lemon + 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil, plus more if needed
- ½ tsp salt, or to taste
- ¼ tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a Thatsa® Mini Bowl or Thatsa® Extra Mini Bowl, add all ingredients and stir well to combine.
- If needed, add 1-2 tsp olive oil to loosen and stir.
- Drizzle top lightly with olive oil if desired. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
