Overnight Oats
Ingredients:
Base (Vanilla)
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats (±55 g)
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt (±65 g)
- ¾ cup milk of choice (±180 ml)
- 1½ tbsp sweetener (honey, maple syrup, agave, etc.)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tsp chia seeds (optional)
- Toppings of choice
Topping Options
PB&J
- 2 tbsp fruit jam of choice
- 2 tbsp nut butter of choice
Pina Colada (use coconut milk in the base recipe)
- ¼ cup small diced pineapple
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
Carrot Cake
- ¼ cup shredded carrot
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp raisins
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Fruit Crisp
- ¼ cup fresh berries or chopped peaches
- 2 tbsp granola
Directions:
- Mix ingredients for base in the Tupperware Voila™ Glass Mini 400 ml / 1.65 cups Container, cover and store in fridge overnight.
- In the morning or when ready to eat, add toppings of choice.
