Holiday Chai Nog Latte

Ingredients

For 21 oz Big T:

  • 1 cup strong brewed chai tea
  • 1 cup eggnog (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • Pinch of ground nutmeg (for garnish)

For 37 oz Big T:

  • 2 cups strong brewed chai tea
  • 2 cups eggnog
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Whipped cream (for garnish)
  • ¼ tsp ground nutmeg (for garnish)

Directions

  1. Choose your big T size to determine ingredient quantities.
  2. For a hot latte: Add the chai tea, eggnog and maple syrup to a medium saucepan and heat over medium-low heat until steaming (do not boil). Remove from heat and pour into the big T.
  3. For an iced latte: Add the chai tea, eggnog and maple syrup into the big T, add ice, securely close cover and straw plug, then shake to mix, or stir well.
  4. Whether hot or iced, top with whipped cream and/or nutmeg if desired and enjoy!
