• Do not use sharp or metal utensils.
• To avoid damaging the product, allow food to cool before pouring in the container.
• When stored, leave the bowl at least partially open to prevent odor from enclosed air.
• To expand the bowl, place your thumbs on the arrows at the bottom of the container and push down while pulling up the rim with your fingers for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd level. Alternatively, you can run your finger around each fold to unfold it.
• To collapse the bowl, place its bottom on a flat surface, place your fingers on the handles, and push down in a single movement.
• To close the lid without collapsing the bowl, line up the lid on top of the container. With your thumbs on the lid and your fingers under the rim of the container at the six o'clock position, "pinch" the lid shut and work your hands in opposite directions around the lid until they meet at the twelve o'clock position.
