  • How often do I need to replace my Tupperware?
    • Tupperware® brand products are warranted by Tupperware against chipping, cracking, breaking or peeling under normal non-commercial use for the lifetime of the product. Please contact our Customer Care at 1-800-TUPPERWARE (1-800-887-7379) for assistance or through chat at Tupperware.com.
  • How do I clean my Tupperware?
    • Every time you empty a Tupperware container, rinse it in cold water first. Next, hand-wash in warm soapy water with a soft cloth or sponge, then towel or air dry. Abrasives, even baking soda, may dull the finish.
  • Are Tupperware products dishwasher safe?
    • Most products purchased after 9/3/79 are made to be dishwasher safe. Refer to the product insert or look for dishwasher symbol on bottom of each product to determine whether it’s dishwasher safe and if it is, which rack it should be placed on.
  • Is Tupperware microwave safe?
    • Refer to the product insert or look for microwave symbol on bottom of each product to determine whether it’s microwave safe.
  • Can you recycle Tupperware?
    • Though designed to last a lifetime, our BPA-free plastic containers are recyclable, and many will bear recycling codes to help recycling centers best sort them. Learn more about our commitment to environmentally-conscious products here.
  • What is your return policy?
    • If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items purchased online within 30 days of delivery. Returned items are refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, less any shipping fees, in the original method of payment.
  • Can I try out products before purchasing?
    • The amazing thing about Tupperware is that you are able to walk into one of our many Tupperware Studios or connect with a local representative who can invite you to a demo or have a demo for you.
  • How do I find a Tupperware consultant?

Shipping FAQs

  • How much does shipping cost?
    • US: Shipping charge is $5 ($5.70 for Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) OR 10% of your product total (whichever is higher), plus a $5 direct-ship fee. Check out more information here.
    • CA: Shipping charges are determined by your order's subtotal amount. Check out more information here.
  • Do you offer free shipping?
    • There are times where we do offer free shipping. Feel free to sign up for our Newsletter to get special offers delivered to your inbox.
  • Can I change the shipping address to my order?
    • If an order is already submitted, there is a fee if we are able to reach the carrier on time.
  • Can I track my order?
    • Yes! Once your product has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information for your order!
  • What if my order arrived damaged?
    • Call Customer Care at 1-800-887-7379 with all of your order information. Note you will need to keep the items until Tupperware determines if the items need to be returned.
  • What should I do if my shipment is missing?
    • If missing an order or just items from an order and purchased online, call Customer Care at 1-800-887-7379 or purchased through a local representative, you may contact them for handling.
  • How do I cancel an order?

  • How can I make a warranty claim?

  • Do you sell replacement parts?
    • In some cases, parts may be lost or damaged in ways not covered by either our Limited Lifetime Warranty or Quality Guarantee. Making these parts available for purchase is a service Tupperware is pleased to offer its customers for most items.
  • Where do I find the mold number for my product?
    • Every Tupperware® brand product has a two-part number stamped into it. The first part (before the dash) is the mold number. This can be found either in the center of the product or the outer edge or on the lip of the product. Please note that each seal and container have their own number.

  • Are there delays in shipping because of COVID?
    • Yes, we are currently experiencing delays due to COVID. We have received an extraordinary surge in people wanting our product during this time-to help cook at home, conserve food at home and organize life at home.       • US- Please note that for new orders, we’re currently experiencing a 4 week delivery from the time of purchase. As for past orders, we’re currently shipping orders placed as far back as XX XX.

  • What is my order status?
    • Receive your order status via SMS. Text STATUS OR followed by your order number to 89273, to receive your order status. Once shipped, the message will also include a shipping date, tracking number and link. Standard message rates may apply. We have received an extraordinary surge in people wanting our product during this time – to help cook at home, conserve food at home and organize life at home. We are working as quickly as possible while maintaining proper safety measures in our manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
