Shipping rates based on order value before tax. Same rates apply to all customer and Sales Force orders, including party and non-party orders (such as samples and sales aids).
Receive your order status via SMS. Text STATUS OR followed by your order number to 89273, to receive your order status. Be sure to enter a space between STATUS[SPACE]OR[SPACE] followed by the order number. Once shipped, the message will also include a shipping date, tracking number and link. Standard message rates may apply.
We have received an extraordinary surge in people wanting our product during this time – to help cook at home, conserve food at home and organize life at home. We ship orders to the following U.S. destinations: Continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and military addresses (APO and FPO).
To assure quick, reliable delivery, we ship all orders to non-P.O. box addresses within the continental U.S. via FedEx Ground. Some orders may be delivered by FedEx to your local post office for final delivery to your door. These orders can still be tracked through FedEx.
Orders shipped to P.O. box addresses within the continental U.S., as well as orders outside of the continental U.S., are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This includes orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and military addresses (APO and FPO.)

Can I change the shipping address to my order?
If an order is already submitted, there is a fee if we are able to reach the carrier on time.

Yes! Once your product has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information for your order!
What if my order arrived damaged?
Call Customer Care at 1-800-887-7379 with all of your order information. Note you will need to keep the items until Tupperware determines if the items need to be returned.
What should I do if my shipment is missing?
If missing an order or just items from an order and purchased online, call Customer Care at 1-800-887-7379 or, if you purchased through a local Independent Rep, you may contact them for handling.
