Peanut Butter and Jelly Cups

Ingredients

  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup jelly of choice

Directions

  1. In 2-cup Micro Pitcher place peanut butter and coconut oil. Microwave for 30 seconds until melted. Divide half evenly between cavities of Silicone Muffin Form.
  2. Scoop jelly into each one and top with remaining peanut butter.
  3. Place in Freezer Mates PLUS Large Shallow and freeze for 20 minutes. Unmold and serve immediately.
