Irish Beer Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 12 oz Irish stout, red ale or other
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (plus a little extra if you’d like to brush on after baking)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C.
- In a large Wonderlier® Bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar until fully combined.
- Pour in the beer and stir until a thick dough forms. Transfer the dough into the Tupperware Voila™ Glass Rectangular Large or loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Pour the melted butter over the top of the dough and bake for 45–60 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
