Homemade Honey Toasted Granola
Ingredients
- 2 ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ⅓ cup honey
- 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
- Optional: Up to 1 cup add ins of your choice: Dried fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, seeds etc.
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C in convection mode.
- Mix oats, almonds, pecans, honey and coconut oil in a large Wonderlier® Bowl using a silicone spatula.
- Place the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a cold metal baking sheet, then spread the mixture evenly across the surface.
- Bake for 15–17 minutes, stirring a few times during baking to ensure even browning.
- Leave the granola on the baking sheet until completely cooled, then add your choice of add‑ins and store.
