Homemade Honey Toasted Granola

Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Optional: Up to 1 cup add ins of your choice: Dried fruit, coconut flakes, chocolate chips, seeds etc.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F / 160°C in convection mode.
  2. Mix oats, almonds, pecans, honey and coconut oil in a large Wonderlier® Bowl using a silicone spatula.
  3. Place the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on a cold metal baking sheet, then spread the mixture evenly across the surface.
  4. Bake for 15–17 minutes, stirring a few times during baking to ensure even browning.
  5. Leave the granola on the baking sheet until completely cooled, then add your choice of add‑ins and store.
