Homemade Cheese Danish

Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 puff pastry sheets, partially thawed
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tsp. granulated sugar
- Toppings of choice such as sliced fruit or powdered sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- In base of Whip N Mix Chef, add cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Replace cover and turn handle on gear II until well combined.
- On Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim, unfold pastry sheet, and use separate the Kitchen Shears. Use the non-sharp edge to score and separate the dough into four equal pieces.
- Make indentation along the edges of each square and fill with 2 tbsp of cream cheese mixture.
- Brush along the sides with egg and sprinkle sugar on top. Repeat with remaining puff pastry and cream cheese mixture.
- Bake four Danishes at a time for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
