Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 2/3 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. corn meal
  • ¾ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 2 tbsp. banana peppers, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. green bell peppers, sliced
  • ¼ cup sliced white mushrooms
  • ¼ cup pepperoni, sliced
  • Basil for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
  2. In Thatsa Jr Bowl, mix flour and yogurt until well combined. Knead with hands until a consistent dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle corn meal onto base of Silicone Tart Form, then place dough on top in a single layer pushing it up the sides to form a crust.
  4. Add toppings and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Let cool 2-3 minutes, unmold, slice and serve.
