Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 2/3 cup self-rising flour
- 1 ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. corn meal
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 2 tbsp. banana peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp. green bell peppers, sliced
- ¼ cup sliced white mushrooms
- ¼ cup pepperoni, sliced
- Basil for garnish
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425F/220C.
- In Thatsa Jr Bowl, mix flour and yogurt until well combined. Knead with hands until a consistent dough forms. Let rest for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle corn meal onto base of Silicone Tart Form, then place dough on top in a single layer pushing it up the sides to form a crust.
- Add toppings and bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool 2-3 minutes, unmold, slice and serve.
