Turkey Cranberry Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 12-pack Hawaiian dinner rolls
- ½ cup cranberry sauce
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- ½ lb. turkey, sliced
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. onion flakes
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
- Cut bread rolls lengthwise without separating them. Lay inside base of UltraPro Lasagna Pan.
- Spread cranberry sauce over bread. Then layer slice cheese and turkey meat. Place top layer of bread on top.
- Use the Sandwich Spreader to carefully separate sandwiches from each other.
- In 2-cup Micropitcher place remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour evenly over the top of the bread.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
