Turkey Cranberry Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 12-pack Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • ½ cup cranberry sauce
  • 4 slices of Swiss cheese
  • ½ lb. turkey, sliced
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. onion flakes

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
  2. Cut bread rolls lengthwise without separating them. Lay inside base of UltraPro Lasagna Pan.
  3. Spread cranberry sauce over bread. Then layer slice cheese and turkey meat. Place top layer of bread on top.
  4. Use the Sandwich Spreader to carefully separate sandwiches from each other.
  5. In 2-cup Micropitcher place remaining ingredients and mix until well combined. Pour evenly over the top of the bread.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
