Snickerdoodle Cookies

Ingredients
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- In medium bowl mix butter and sugar using Silicone Spatula until creamy.
- Add egg, extract and mix until well combined.
- Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour. Mix just until incorporated.
- Separately in small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
- Use medium Portioning Scoop to portion out cookies and drop them straight into cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll until fully covered. Repeat process with all the cookie dough.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Place cookie dough in the fridge while oven warms up.
- Then bake cookies for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
