  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. ground cinnamon


  1. In medium bowl mix butter and sugar using Silicone Spatula until creamy.
  2. Add egg, extract and mix until well combined.
  3. Add salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and flour. Mix just until incorporated.
  4. Separately in small bowl mix sugar and cinnamon. Set aside.
  5. Use medium Portioning Scoop to portion out cookies and drop them straight into cinnamon sugar mixture. Roll until fully covered. Repeat process with all the cookie dough.
  6. Preheat oven to 350F/180C. Place cookie dough in the fridge while oven warms up.
  7. Then bake cookies for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
