Pickled Shallots

Ingredients

  • 1 shallot, sliced
  • 5 tsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp. water

Directions

  1. Combine and serve
  2. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and let sit for 15 minutes. Use immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
