Pancake Tacos

Ingredients
- ½-cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups prepared pancake mix
- 2 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread
- ¼-cup banana slices
- ¼-cup diced strawberries
- ¼-cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼-cup blueberries
- ½-cup scrambled eggs
- ¼-cup shredded cheese
- Hot sauce
- 2 slices of bacon
Directions
- Heat Chef Series II 12”/30cm Griddle over medium low heat and add 1 tbsp. butter.
- Cook three pancake portions at a time, then flip to finish cooking; about 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Let cool slightly.
- Assemble the pancake tacos by adding the fillings to each pancake.
- To make the chocolate strawberry pancake tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add 1 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread, then half of the banana slices and half of the strawberries.
- To make yogurt berry tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add half of the yogurt and half of the blueberries.
- To make savory egg tacos: Place pancake on plate, add half of the eggs and cheese, a few dashes of hot sauce and one slice of bacon.
- Repeat steps 4-7 until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.
