Pancake Tacos

Ingredients

  • ½-cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups prepared pancake mix
  • 2 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread
  • ¼-cup banana slices
  • ¼-cup diced strawberries
  • ¼-cup vanilla yogurt
  • ¼-cup blueberries
  • ½-cup scrambled eggs
  • ¼-cup shredded cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • 2 slices of bacon

Directions

  1. Heat Chef Series II 12”/30cm Griddle over medium low heat and add 1 tbsp. butter.
  2. Cook three pancake portions at a time, then flip to finish cooking; about 2-3 minutes on each side. Repeat with remaining pancake batter. Let cool slightly.
  3. Assemble the pancake tacos by adding the fillings to each pancake.
  4. To make the chocolate strawberry pancake tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add 1 tbsp. hazelnut chocolate spread, then half of the banana slices and half of the strawberries.
  5. To make yogurt berry tacos: Place pancake on a plate, add half of the yogurt and half of the blueberries.
  6. To make savory egg tacos: Place pancake on plate, add half of the eggs and cheese, a few dashes of hot sauce and one slice of bacon.
  7. Repeat steps 4-7 until all ingredients are used. Serve immediately.
