Mini Rosca de Reyes Donuts

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 ¼ cup self-rising flour
- 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp. ground cinnamon
- ½ cup cinnamon sugar
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 4 tsp. milk
- Green food coloring
- Red food coloring
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In Thatsa Jr. Bowl, add butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and buttermilk. Mix until well combined.
- In separate small bowl, mix flour with cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour dry ingredients into wet mixture and whisk just until combined.
- Transfer batter into 2-cup Micro Pitcher and use this to fill up Silicone Ring Form halfway. Bake for 10 minutes, let cool for 2 minutes then unmold. Repeat process with remaining batter.
- While donuts are slightly warm coat in cinnamon sugar. Then make the glaze by whisking powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl. Divide glaze into three; leave one white, mix in 5 drops of green food and 5 drops of red food coloring to the other to each bowl respectively.
- Add glaze to Deco Pen and decorate donuts with white, green and red stripes, let set and serve.
