Maple Syrup Popcorn

Ingredients
- 9 cups plain popped popcorn
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar, packed
- ¾ cup pure maple syrup
- ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Place half of the popcorn in medium bowl and set aside.
- In TupperWave Stack Cooker 1 ¾-Qt./1.75L Casserole, add butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Cover and microwave on high power for 5 minutes, stopping to stir halfway through to combine.
- Stir in vanilla then add baking soda until well combined.
- Pour half into the bowl with the popcorn, cover and shake to coat. Transfer popcorn to the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim in a single layer to cool. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Once popcorn has cooled, serve immediately.
