Maple Syrup Popcorn

Ingredients

  • 9 cups plain popped popcorn
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¾ cup pure maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Place half of the popcorn in medium bowl and set aside.
  2. In TupperWave Stack Cooker 1 ¾-Qt./1.75L Casserole, add butter, brown sugar and maple syrup. Cover and microwave on high power for 5 minutes, stopping to stir halfway through to combine.
  3. Stir in vanilla then add baking soda until well combined.
  4. Pour half into the bowl with the popcorn, cover and shake to coat. Transfer popcorn to the Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim in a single layer to cool. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  5. Once popcorn has cooled, serve immediately.
