Mango Salsa

Ingredients

  • 1-2 ripe mangoes, peeled, cut in large chunks
  • ¼ bunch cilantro
  • ½ small red onion, peeled and quartered
  • ½ red bell pepper, seeded and quartered
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1 jalapeno, deseeded, optional
  • Chips for serving

Directions

  1. Place mango, cilantro, red onion, bell pepper, lime juice and jalapeno if using to the base of the SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with a blade attachment. Replace cover and pull cord until chopped and well combined. Serve with tortilla chips.
