Homemade Cereal

  • 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into chunks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp. water
  • 3 tbsp. melted unsalted butter
  • ½ cup cinnamon sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  2. In SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with blade attachment, add flour, salt and cinnamon. Replace cover and pull cord for 5 seconds to combine.
  3. Add butter and pull cord for an additional 20 seconds.
  4. Transfer mixture to Thatsa Bowl Jr., add vanilla extract and water then mix until dough forms. If dough is too soft, refrigerate for 5 mins.
  5. Roll out dough as thin as a quarter, if dough sticks, sprinkle a little of flour on top.
  6. Brush with melted butter then add cinnamon sugar on top.
  7. Separate Kitchen Shears and use blunt edge to separate the dough into bite sized pieces. Then separate again making there is at least 1 inch between each piece.
  8. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving.
