Homemade Cereal

Ingredients
- 1 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cut into chunks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp. water
- 3 tbsp. melted unsalted butter
- ½ cup cinnamon sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In SuperSonic Chopper Extra fitted with blade attachment, add flour, salt and cinnamon. Replace cover and pull cord for 5 seconds to combine.
- Add butter and pull cord for an additional 20 seconds.
- Transfer mixture to Thatsa Bowl Jr., add vanilla extract and water then mix until dough forms. If dough is too soft, refrigerate for 5 mins.
- Roll out dough as thin as a quarter, if dough sticks, sprinkle a little of flour on top.
- Brush with melted butter then add cinnamon sugar on top.
- Separate Kitchen Shears and use blunt edge to separate the dough into bite sized pieces. Then separate again making there is at least 1 inch between each piece.
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely before serving.
