Grape Jelly Meatballs

Ingredients

  • ½-cup grape jelly
  • ¾-cup bbq sauce
  • ½-cup beef stock
  • ¼ cup cranberry juice
  • 1 lb. frozen home-style meatballs

Directions

  1. Add grape jelly, bbq sauce, beef stock and cranberry sauce in base of Microwave Pressure Cooker and mix to combine. Mix in meatballs.
  2. Cover, lock in place and microwave at full power for 15 minutes. At the end of cooking time, let pressure release naturally.
  3. Stir and serve over rice, mashed potatoes or as an appetizer.
