Cold Brew Affogato with Homemade Ice Cream
4 @ 1 ¼ cup
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1-cup cold brew coffee
Pour heavy cream to base of Whip N’ Mix Chef, replace cover and turn handle on gear I until soft peaks form. Transfer to medium bowl.
- Add condensed milk, salt and vanilla. Fold until fully combined.
Pour into Freezer Mates PLUS Medium Shallow, seal and freeze for 6 hours or overnight.
- To serve: In small serving bowl, add 2-3 scoops of ice cream, ¼-cup cold brew and serve.
