Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

Ingredients

  • 8-count southern home-style biscuit dough
  • 8 oz. block mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • Grated parmesan and cheese cubes for garnishing

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F/200°C.
  2. Cut each biscuit dough into four pieces. Place one cheese cube in center of biscuit dough. Fold dough over until cheese is covered and roll into a ball.
  3. Place Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim on metal baking sheet and arrange dough balls in shape of a tree making sure each piece is touching each other.
  4. In 1-cup Micropitcher mix butter, garlic, parsley and salt. Brush half of the mixture over biscuit dough and reserve any remaining.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and brush with remaining garlic butter. Sprinkle grated parmesan and decorate with cheese cubes as the star. Serve immediately.
