Avocado Truffles

Ingredients

  • 1 Hass avocado
  • ¾ cup Semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp. Cinnamon or spice of choice
  • 1 cup Toppings of choice (shredded coconut, sprinkles, etc.)

Directions

Mix ingredients

  1. Place all ingredients, except toppings, in base of Supersonic Chopper Tall. Replace cover and pull cord until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Let it set

  1. Transfer mixture to freezer for 15-30 minutes to harden.
  2. Scoop and Roll

    1. Scoop 1 inch balls using a tablespoon and roll in desired toppings in a shallow plate.
    2. Roll each truffle until covered in topping.
