- ¼ cup instant coffee granules
- 4 tbsp. granulated sugar
- ¼-cup warm water
- 1 ½ cups whole milk
- 2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- In base of Whip N Mix Chef, place instant coffee, sugar and warm water. Turn handle on gear I until creamy and doubled in sized, about 5 minutes.
- In 2-cup Micro Pitcher, mix remaining ingredients. Cover and microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine.
- To serve, add ice in Clearly Elegant Tumbler and a scoop of whipped coffee. Pour in ½-cup steamed pumpkin milk mixture. Stir and serve.
