Honey Cinnamon Iced Latte

Ingredients
- Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
For Serving
- 3/4 cup cold brew concentrate coffee
- 2 tbsp. milk of choice (whole, almond, heavy cream, etc.)
- 1 tbsp. honey cinnamon simple syrup
- 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ice cubes
Directions
- To make simple syrup, pour water, honey, and cinnamon into a 2-cup Micro Pitcher. Stir, cover with the 1-cup Micro Pitcher, and microwave for 90 seconds to 2 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute, then uncover, add vanilla extract, and stir until fully combined. Discard the cinnamon sticks and allow the syrup to cool completely before storing. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- For serving, place all ingredients in base of the All-in-One Shaker, cover and shake until combined. Serve over ice.
