Homemade Pocket Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 13.8 oz. pizza crust dough
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices Black Forest ham, chopped
- 1 large egg, whisked
- 1 tbsp. water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400°F/ 200°C.
- Roll out the pizza dough thinly, and then cut it into four equal rectangles.
- Evenly divide the cheese and ham among the center of each piece of dough.
- Whisk the egg with water until well combined. Use a brush to apply the egg wash around the edges of each piece of dough.
- Wrap the dough around the filling, pinching the edges closed.
- Transfer the dough to Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim, seam side down, and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool. Store in freezer-safe containers and freeze for up to two weeks.
- When ready to serve, place the pocket sandwich in a MicroPro Grill and cover in the grill position. Microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes. Serve immediately.
