Use and Care

To assemble the mixing paddle: Insert the handle through the central hole of the cover. Attach the mixing paddle to the bottom of the handle.

To mix in the pitcher: Add desired ingredients to the pitcher. Place the cover on the pitcher, and turn it so that the tab slides under the catch on the handle. The cover should also be in the "closed" position at the spout. While holding the pitcher steady with one hand, use the other hand to gently move the mixing handle up & down to stir the ingredients.

To serve: Click the handle into its locked position. Turn the cover to "open" or "strain" to pour your delicious drink.
