The following reflects temporary adjustments to our Warranty Policy due to current system limitations.

At Tupperware®, we take great pride in the quality, design, and durability of our products. That’s why most of our items are protected by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, a reflection of our long-standing commitment to excellence.

For select products, we also offer 1-year or 30-day warranty coverage, depending on the item type and use.

Limited Lifetime Warranty applies to designated premium products and ensures a voucher credit in the event of defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty remains valid for the lifetime of the product, provided it is free from any damage or conditions listed in the Exclusion List.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

Initiating a Claim: If you have reviewed our Warranty Policy and wish to initiate a warranty claim, please select one of the following options:

  • Through a Consultant (Temporarily Unavailable): At this time, Consultants are unable to process warranty through the corporate system, however your local consultant may be able to assist you with the process.
  • Submit Directly: You can still submit your warranty claim directly through our Warranty Claim Form. This option remains available and will ensure your request is reviewed as soon as possible.

TUPPERWARE'S WARRANTY POLICY

Tupperware provides the Limited Lifetime Warranty described in this policy for most of its products. Products that are not covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty are noted with an exception in the applicable catalog, product literature or product description and are subject to the applicable warranty as described in this policy.

In all circumstances, customers are required to upload clear photographs showing both the product and the associated damage when submitting a warranty claim. These images are essential for evaluation and processing.

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Tupperware warrants that Tupperware® brand products that are subject to the Limited Lifetime Warranty will not chip, crack, break, peel or warp (as such terms are defined in the “Definitions” section below), when used under normal, non-commercial use, for the lifetime of the product. In the event of a product’s failure to meet the foregoing warranty, Tupperware may issue a voucher credit toward future purchases. This warranty does not cover damages arising from the exclusions set forth in the “All Warranties: Exclusions” section of this policy. Tupperware will require you to provide photographic or video showing both the product and the associated damage when submitting a warranty claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. THESE WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Definitions:

  • Chipping: a cut or break of a piece of the product that occurs along the edges of a product.
  • Breaking: the production of a hole in the product.
  • Peeling: the shedding of the outer layer of the product in strips or pieces.
  • Cracking: a line or network of lines on the surface of the product which has split the product without breaking it into separate parts.
  • Warping: the material physical distortion of a product manufactured after September 1979 that is noted to be dishwasher-safe in its labeling, catalog description, product literature or product description, when such distortion arises from normal dishwasher use in accordance with applicable instructions.

Q WARRANTY

Products whose descriptions are marked with the ‘Q’ symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase when used under normal, non-commercial use. In the event of a product’s failure to meet such, Tupperware may issue a voucher credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. This warranty does not cover damages arising from the exclusions set forth in the “All Warranties: Exclusions” section of this policy. Tupperware will require you to provide photographic or video showing both the product and the associated damage when submitting a warranty claim.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

G WARRANTY

Products designated with the ‘G’ symbol are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects for thirty calendar days from the date of purchase when used under normal, non-commercial use. In the event of a product’s failure to meet such, Tupperware may issue a voucher credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products. This warranty does not cover damages arising from the exclusions set forth in the “All Warranties: Exclusions” section of this policy. Tupperware will require you to provide photographic or video showing both the product and the associated damage when submitting a warranty.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Z NO WARRANTY – “AS-IS” PRODUCTS

Products marked with the ‘Z’ symbol are sold and accepted “AS-IS”. These products are not eligible for any type of warranty request, repair, credit towards a future purchase, or refund in the event of any defect. TUPPERWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS.

P LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

“Premium Products” are products listed as such in this policy and/or items marked with the “P” symbol, as such list may be updated by Tupperware from time to time. Premium Products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for the lifetime of the product when used under normal, non-commercial use. This warranty does not cover damages arising from the exclusions set forth in the “Premium Product Warranty Exclusion” or “All Warranties: Exclusions” sections of this policy. In the event of a product’s failure to meet such, Tupperware may issue a voucher credit toward future purchases of Tupperware® brand products.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Please note: If your product is a premium product or limited-warranty-period product not listed here, its period of warranty coverage may have expired. Products whose warranty periods have expired and which are no longer eligible for warranty coverage include: Chef Series I Cookware

PREMIUM PRODUCT WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

DAILY UNIVERSAL COOKWARE AND CHEF SERIES II HARD-ANODIZED ALUMINUM COOKWARE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage for the Daily Universal Cookware and Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware:

  • Minor imperfections, surface markings as a result of shipping, and slight color variations.
  • Breakage of glass covers.
  • Damages resulting from overheating, use of aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, use of caustic or other non-approved cleaners.
  • White marks on the stainless steel bases.
  • Holes in the bottom/pitting corrosion caused by salt.
  • Blue-brown marks on the stainless steel bases.
  • Rust.
  • Scratches.
  • Damage, browning or peeling of, or scratch to coating, including non-stick coating.
  • Mineral deposits.
  • Any other damage which does not impair the functionality of the product.

The following actions will invalidate your Daily Universal Cookware and/or Chef Series II Hard-Anodized Aluminum Cookware warranty:

  • Using non-stick cookware on high heat for an extended period of time.
  • Using aerosol cooking spray.
  • Washing non-stick cookware in the dishwasher.
  • Using metal utensils on any non-stick surface.
  • Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners or bleach.

ULTRA PRO OVENWARE WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Breakage due to dropping or impact.
  • Heat distortion.
  • Heat-caused blistering.
  • Cuts or scratches.
  • Indentions caused by contact from kitchen preparation tools.

MICROWAVE PRESSURE COOKER WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

The silicone parts of our Microwave Pressure Cooker are excluded from warranty coverage and are provided AS-IS, with no warranty whatsoever.

UNIVERSAL KNIVES WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Heat damage.
  • Black marks at knife (rust).
  • Blunt blade.
  • Broken blade (without dark stains).
  • Cracking.
  • Breaking of the knife point.
  • Warping of the blade edge.

MICROPRO GRILL® WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

  • Minor imperfections.
  • Surface markings as a result of shipping.
  • Slight color variations.
  • Damage arising from overheating, use of aerosol cooking sprays, improper cleaning, dishwasher cleaning, use of caustic or other non-approved cleaners.
  • Any other damage which does not impair the functionality of the product.

The following actions will invalidate your MicroPro® Grill warranty:

  • Using the product under high heat for an extended period of time.
  • Using aerosol cooking spray.
  • Washing in the dishwasher.
  • Using metal utensils on any non-stick surface.
  • Using scouring pads, steel wool, abrasive cleaners or bleach.

Tupperware Voila™ Glass “All Exclusions”

  • Using in microwave with valve closed.
  • Using in oven with microwave cover on and open.
  • General oven usage without proper setup.
  • Leakage from storing at an angle.
  • Spillage when valve is open (can cause odor transfer or contamination).
  • Spillage in microwave with cover on.
  • Breakage or cracks due to impact, dropping, or improper use
  • Pitting, burn marks, or staining on the lid or valve subassemblies
  • Mold or residue in gasket grooves or valve assembly areas due to improper cleaning or drying
  • Usage on stovetop, induction plate, or direct flame
  • Distortion or warping of components due to misuse in high-heat settings or improper microwave configurations
  • Cracks or chips from thermal shock (e.g. sudden temperature change from freezer to oven or vice versa)
  • Discoloration or odor transfer due to improper storage (e.g. storing with valve open or using for highly pigmented or aromatic foods)

ALL WARRANTIES: EXCLUSIONS

Product damages arising from any of the following situations are excluded from warranty coverage for all Tupperware® brand products:

  • Damage attributable to misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations to the products.
  • Chipping or breakage of glass or china items due to dropping.
  • Failure to use and/or care for products in accordance with all applicable instructions.
  • Food stains and discoloration.
  • Minor scratches and imperfections that may occur.
  • Cuts made by knives or other sharp objects, including teeth when chewing.
  • Damage to a microwave-safe product that is caused by microwaving of foods high in sugar or fat.
  • Melting of a product from touching a stove burner, dishwasher heating element or other extremely hot object.
  • Warping of a product when used in a dishwasher contrary to product instructions or label information.

The following damages to Silicone Bags (where available):

  • Traces of carbonization left through the use of high temperatures such as a grill.
  • Dark marks resulting from burning substances such as fat or chocolate.
  • Stickiness, which is normal on silicone and does not affect the performance of the product.

WARRANTY FAQ

Can I call Customer Care to process my warranty claim?
No, the review process requires photos of the defective product and the entry of consumer information into our warranty tool. This process cannot be completed over the phone.

Is there a different way to process my warranty claim besides using the online tool?
Through a Consultant (Temporarily Unavailable): At this time, Consultants are unable to process warranty through the corporate system, however your local consultant may be able to assist you with the process.

Once I submit my warranty claim, how long will it take to receive a response?
You can expect a response from our specialized warranty team within two weeks of submitting your claim.

What happens after my claim is approved?
Upon approval of your warranty claim, you will receive an email with a voucher code. This code can be redeemed for a future purchase on Tupperware.com.

Can I apply my voucher code to a purchase through my consultant’s website?
Yes, you can use your voucher code on your consultant's website.

I have my voucher code, but I cannot find my product.
While you will receive a voucher code, individual parts (such as containers or seals) are not available for purchase separately. The voucher must be used to purchase a complete item.

Does the voucher have an expiration date?
Your voucher code expires 30 days after it is issued.

Can I use my voucher in multiple purchases?
The code is for one-time use only, so please use the full credit amount in a single order. Any remaining balance cannot be applied to another purchase.

Can I use multiple vouchers in one purchase?
No, only one voucher code can be used per purchase.

What should I do if I haven't received a response to my claim after two weeks?
If you have not received a response within two weeks of submitting your warranty claim, please email uscawarranty@tupperware.com including your claim number for an update.

Why was my claim rejected?
If your claim is rejected, you will receive an email detailing the reason for the decision. If you have further questions, please contact uscawarranty@tupperware.com for more information.
