How to Use Your Universal Knife Sharpener

  1. Place the sharpener on a flat, stable surface.
  2. Hold the hand rest with one hand and insert the knife into the correct slot. (Built-in pictograms indicate straight and serrated slots.)
  • Use the straight slot for straight-edge knives and the serrated slot for Tupperware serrated knives.
  1. Pull the blade through gently from heel to tip.
  2. Repeat as needed for consistent sharpness.

How to Clean & Maintain Your Universal Knife Sharpener

  1. Hand wash. Not dishwasher safe.
  2. To clean, first take out the wheels and rods. Dry all parts completely before reassembling.
  3. Keep wheels dry; do not use water or oil on them.
  4. Not designed for sharpening ceramic knives
  5. Keep out of reach of children
  6. The serrated slot is only for Tupperware U-Series serrated knives. Do not sharpen any other type of serrated knives.
