Yogurt Brunch Cake


  • 18.25 oz./517g box cake mix (flavor of choice)
  • ¾ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup water



  1. Remove oven tray from oven, set aside for later use and preheat to 375° F/ 190° C.

Prepare batter

  1. Mix all ingredients in THATSA® MEDIUM BOWL and Whisk until well combined. Add batter to Silicone Bundt Form and smooth out the top. Pick up and gently tap on counter to remove any air bubbles.


  1. Place Silicone Bundt Form on oven tray and place in oven. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  2. Let cool 10 minutes before unmolding.
