- 14 oz. extra firm tofu, drained
- ½ tsp. ground turmeric
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. vegan butter
- 1 Roma tomato, deseeded and diced small
- Place drained tofu in medium bowl and use Whisk to break apart. Add turmeric, garlic, onion powder and salt. Mix well to combine.
- Add butter to Daily Universal Frypan over medium heat, then quickly add in tofu and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring consistently.
- Add tomato and continue stirring for an additional 2-3 minutes. Serve warm with toast.
