Smoked Salmon Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. dijon mustard
  • 1½ oz. smoked salmon, diced
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tsp. capers
  • 2 tsp. red onion, diced
  • 1 tsp. fresh dill
  • to taste salt and pepper


Mix ingredients

  1. In base of Supersonic Chopper Compact place egg yolks, mayonnaise, mustard, smoked salmon, sour cream, capers, red onion and fresh dill. Replace cover and pull cord until smooth and well combined. Season to taste.

Scoop and serve

  1. Scoop out egg yolk mixture into cavity of egg white. Repeat until all eggs are filled. Garnish as desired and serve immediately.
