Pesto
Ingredients
- 1 bunch basil
- 15 ml pine nuts (±1 tbsp)
- 1 small garlic clove (peeled)
- 75 ml olive oil (±5 tbsp)
- 30 ml grated Parmesan
- cheese (±2 tbsp)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Chop basil leaves, pine nuts and garlic together using the SuperSonic Chopper Compact.
- Add remaining ingredients, cover and blend until smooth.
Serve this pesto with pasta, salads, grilled fish or poultry.
Variant: Basil can be replaced with arugula, baby kale or baby spinach.
