Goat Cheese Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 3 roma tomatoes, rinsed and dried
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 small shallot, halved
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 4 tbsp. Olive oil
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼-cup goat cheese
- Crusty baguette, sliced thin
Directions
- Using the Utility Serrated knife, deseed tomato and cut in small dice. Place in Thatsa Jr Bowl.
- Stack the basil leaves, roll them up and cut in long strands then mince them. Add to tomatoes.
- Chop the shallot in SuperSonic Chopper Compact then add to tomato mixture.
- Peel and mince garlic using the Garlic Press straight into the bowl with tomatoes.
- Add balsamic vinegar, oil and salt, then mix to combine.
- Arrange crusty bread pieces in serving platter then add bruschetta mixture on top of each then top with goat cheese. Serve immediately.
