Espresso Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 1 ½-cup heavy cream
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 20 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 cups espresso coffee, chilled
- Semisweet chocolate baking bar or cocoa powder
Directions
- In base of Whip N Mix Chef, add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Turn handle on gear I until thickened, then add cream cheese, turn to gear II and continue turning handle until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into espresso coffee and arrange in base of UltraPro 2-Qt./2L Casserole Pan in a single layer.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers and spread evenly, then add cocoa powder or shredded chocolate.
- Repeat set 2-3, cover and let set in fridge overnight or at least 12 hours. Serve cold.
