Espresso Tiramisu

Ingredients

  • 1 ½-cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 20 ladyfinger cookies
  • 2 cups espresso coffee, chilled
  • Semisweet chocolate baking bar or cocoa powder

Directions

  1. In base of Whip N Mix Chef, add heavy cream, sugar and vanilla. Turn handle on gear I until thickened, then add cream cheese, turn to gear II and continue turning handle until well combined.
  2. Dip each ladyfinger cookie into espresso coffee and arrange in base of UltraPro 2-Qt./2L Casserole Pan in a single layer.
  3. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top of the ladyfingers and spread evenly, then add cocoa powder or shredded chocolate.
  4. Repeat set 2-3, cover and let set in fridge overnight or at least 12 hours. Serve cold.
