Berry Cobbler Cake
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup + 2 tbsp sugar, divided
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups fresh berries
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Place the butter directly into the Tupperware Voila™ Glass Square Baking Dish and pop it in the oven until melted.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, 1 cup sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Stir in milk and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the batter over the melted butter in the dish—don’t stir!
- Evenly scatter berries over the top, then sprinkle with the remaining 2 tbsp sugar.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbly.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream or enjoy it at room temperature straight from the dish.
