Homemade Honey Toasted Muesli Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ cup / 75g Almonds
- ½ cup / 75g Hazelnuts
- 2 cups / 200g Oats
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5 tbsp / 100g Liquid honey
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- Salt Yogurt and toppings to taste
Directions
- Chop the almonds then separately the hazelnuts using the SuperSonic Chopper Compact.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- Lay on a Silicone Baking Sheet with Rim and bake for 15-17 Min at 160ºC / 320°F.
- Let cool and serve with yogurt and toppings to taste.
