This unit consists of a tray and a cover. The tray is reversible, having a raised side that's textured to hide knife scratches and also having a recessed side. The cover fits snugly on either side to keep your butter fresh in the fridge. It fits in most fridge doors.

Designed to hold one 1-lb/455g block or two 4-oz./113g sticks of butter or margarine. It's also the right shape for 8-oz./226g blocks of European butter. Great for serving and storing at home or away, indoors or out.
