- 2 – 14.75 oz. whole kernel fire roasted corn
- Juice of 1 lime
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- 1/3 cup cilantro, finely chopped
- 2 tsp. chili lime seasoning
- 8 tostadas
- 8 tbsp. mayo
- Toppings such as red onion, sour cream, etc.
- In Thatsa Jr. Bowl place corn, lime juice, cotija cheese, cilantro and chili lime seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Serve by adding 1 tbsp. of mayo to each tostada, followed by corn mixture and if desired any topping of choice. Serve immediately.
