UltraPro ovenware is lighter than traditional cookware made of ceramic, clay, glass, or cast iron, making them so much easier to handle for you daily meal preps. Their light weight is ideal for use on RVs and boats. Non-stick surface makes healthy foods easier, and a wide rim offers a secure grip when moving the pan.

Rounded corners in the base and the domed cover optimize heat distribution and reduce hot spots that can result in overcooking. Steam release vents on the sides of the base and cover help prevent steam build-up and regulate humidity to brown your food nicely while retaining optimal moisture. Your roasted chickens will never be the same again! Nicely golden brown skin, but moist and tender inside, and your oven stays perfectly clean in the process. 

This casserole is also your best asset for baking perfect bread loaves. Humidity level is key in the baking process, and UltraPro regulates it optimally. The cover can also be inverted and used alone as a shallow baking pan.

• Always ensure that the pre-programmed settings of your oven do not use the grill/broil function.

• Use a soft sponge or Tupperware® Microfiber to clean your UltraPro
• Never use aerosol spray for non-stick because the chemicals can damage the material. Always use butter and flour when needed.
  
• Avoid contact with heat sources by placing UltraPro Ovenware at least 2"/5cm away from the oven/microwave walls and heat sources.
• To remove from the oven, always use oven gloves and grab the UltraPro by both handles to ensure a stable grip.
• We do not recommend cooking or baking at max temperature of 482°F/250°C, or for more than 2 hours.
• Do not use in mini-ovens or halogen ovens.

• UltraPro products can be used in steam ovens.
• Prepare and freeze foods in advance. Defrost and re-heat in the microwave for a ready-made meal –all in the same container. 
• Wipe the base and cover carefully before using to remove any residue or spots.
• Should fat burn on the UltraPro while cooking at high temperatures, leaving brown patches, soak the UltraPro in 4 tablespoons of dishwasher detergent diluted in 10 pints/5 L of hot water for at least 2 hours.
