Such an amazing product! 6/15/2019

I have several silicone mats from Tupperware!!! They are amazing products!! They store so nicely all rolled up. I use them on cookie sheets and my baking never sticks. I have read some of these other reviews and am wondering if these people have the silicone wonder mat or a product that was sold many years ago called a pastry sheet. The old pastry sheet had its issues as it aged. However, the silicone mat doesn't. I have had mine for close to 20 years without any problems.
Horrible product with no "LIfetime warranty" 12/17/2018

After reading other reviews it appears the issue I am having with this $35 mat is very common and not backed by Tuppperware. I am not sure how old this mat is, maybe 3-4 years old and used as many times as I only use it at Christmas. My mat is stored rolled around my rolling pin in a cabinet out of the way so it is not smashed or bent. It is separating in multiple places causing bumps on the surface so it is useless. The customer service rep was not helpful or even apologetic for the quality of the product.

I was raised on Tupperware and still have many pieces I received as a wedding gift over 25 years ago. My two daughters will be getting some nice Rubbermaid products - a fraction of the price and if they have to be replaced it won't be a large cost. Maybe Tupperware should take a lesson from Sears.

I called Customer Service, the mat has a limited 1 yr warranty. I thought all products had a lifetime warranty. My mat is cracked, but it's old and I don't remember how long I had it before it got damaged.

Have you changed the warranty on this product? I cannot find anywhere that it is a Q product.

I've had one of these for at least 10 years. It does a fantastic job. Only now is it finally wearing out (has a small puncture).

This product separated and couldn't be used because it no longer lays flat. So I called their warranty 800# and was told that this particular product was only warranted for a year. I've had this product for over a year and just now learned that it's warranty was only for 1 year. I sure wasn't told that when I bought the product! So much for their advertising that Tupperware products are warranted for the lifetime of the product in non-commercial use. Evidently they know that it won't last much longer than a year.

I know the quality warranty is different from lifetime. However seeing Payton's review and my experience with Tupperware, I would think if you contact Tupperware Customer Service about the effect the mat has on your baked goods, they would go the extra mile to service your product. A consultant has guidelines to follow so someone at the corporate office may do more for a customer. I myself have not had any issues with the product. I follow the directions on all my products and have never been disappointed.
Call 1-800-Tupperware for customer service.
Do not buy this item 6/10/2016

Despite warranty information that indicated "limited lifetime warranty against peeling with normal non-commercial use", it does not apply to my mat because I got it over one year ago (and used it 3 times). The customer service rep indicated it is a Q product which limits the warranty time and that info is listed after the description in the catalog. No help to me in that I do not have a catalog and now have a lovely $35 mat which puts silicone pieces in my pie crust and cookies!
