Place chocolate in 2-cup Micro Pitcher Set and microwave for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after each interval, until fully melted.
Prep egg shells
Divide the melted chocolate evenly into each cavity of the Silicone Egg Form. Use basting brush to spread the chocolate over the full surface of each cavity. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Gently unmold by peeling back the silicone, and if desired, use food gloves to avoid fingerprints. Add filling of choice to half of the chocolate shells and set aside. Heat a small skillet to low heat and hold chocolate shell against the skillet to slightly melt the rim. Then assemble both halves (one treat filled with one empty one) together and hold them for a few seconds. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
When ready to serve, place chocolate egg on plate, and allow guest to crack into the egg with back of metal spoon to expose the treat. If using a toy as the surprise, remove the toy from plate before consuming the chocolate shell.
