- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup beer
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Preheat oven to 425° F/218° C.

Mix batter & cook
- Place all ingredients in medium bowl and mix until well combined.
