½ cup (1 stick) <i>Cool unsalted butter, softened</i>
¼ cup Packed dark brown sugar
¼ cup Granulated sugar
- 1 Large egg, cold
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
½ tsp. Baking soda
- 1 Pinch of salt
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
Prep the cookie dough
In Thatsa medium bowl, mix butter and sugars until creamy
Incorporate egg, vanilla into butter/sugar mix until well combined.
Add in baking soda, salt, flour and mix to form dough.
Fold in chocolate chips, reserving 2 tbsp.
Bake and serve
Divide dough in half and press into Pro Ring.
Cover and microwave at 50% power in Grill position for 24 minutes or until the top of cookie is set.
Let rest for 2 minutes before unmolding.
Repeat with remaining dough.
Top with remaining chocolate chips, and serve warm.
