Snack Cups

We received our snack cups but neither my wife or myself were able to place the lids on the cups making them of no value to us. I contacted customer service and was told to soak the lids in hot water for two hours. To do this I was told to change the hot water every 15 minutes for the two hours. I said this was unacceptable and that I wanted to return them. That wasn't a problem except that I had to pay the postage to return their defective product. This means I would have paid $10 shipping costs to receive the product and then $10 shipping costs to return them. All of this for a $15 product. I will keep the cups and try to file the edges down in an effort to make them work. I will also not buy anymore Tupperware products ever again.
