Contact Customer Care at 1-800-TUPPERWARE. To expedite your call, look at the bottom of the product for the capacity prior to contacting your Tupperware Consultant or Customer Care. Knife size and name will be on the blade.

When you call

The Tupperware representative will notify you if a replacement product is available. When the item is not available, you will be offered credit toward the future purchase of Tupperware® products.

Ship product to Tupperware

To receive the replacement or credit, mail the item to the address provided by the Tupperware representative. Shipping will be at your expense and should include tracking information. When received, the product will be inspected for warranty.

Non-warranty issues

When the issue is not covered by warranty, the product will not be returned.

When the product is available in the current catalog: When Tupperware receives the item, the replacement product will be sent to you at no charge.
